57wim Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

Access to the platform 57wim — whether through the website, the app, or any other official channel — constitutes full and automatic acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of what is described here, we ask that you do not create an account or use the services of 57wim.

These Terms apply together with the Privacy Policy and with the specific rules of each promotion available on the Promotions. In the event of a conflict between these documents, the most recent version of each one takes precedence over earlier versions.

The 57wim may update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, platform features, or internal policies. All updates will be communicated in advance by email registered to the account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

To create an account on 57wim and use its Sports Betting and casino services, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a resident of Brazil with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be registered in any sports betting or casino self-exclusion program;
• Be the sole person responsible for the account — shared accounts are not permitted;
• No previous account at the 57wim suspended or closed due to a terms violation.

Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. The 57wim may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, especially prior to the first withdrawal. Accepted documents include: a valid Brazilian RG, CNH, or passport, along with a recent proof of address in the account holder's name.

Each user is responsible for keeping their login credentials — username and password — secure. The 57wim strongly recommends using unique passwords and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available in your account settings.

Any activity carried out from an account is the responsibility of the account holder, except in cases of verified unauthorized access reported immediately to support. The 57wim is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by the user's own negligence (e.g., shared passwords, use on public devices without logging out).

The account balance is displayed as two separate components in the interface:

• Real balance: deposited amount or winnings available for immediate withdrawal via Pix;
• Bonus balance: credits from promotions, subject to the specific conditions of each offer before they convert to real balance.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no bets, deposits, or withdrawals may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of R$ 10.00 against the available balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. The user will be notified by email 30 days before this fee begins.

The 57wim accepts the following deposit methods, all of which must be exclusively owned by the registered user:

• Pix: instant confirmation, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including weekends and national holidays;
• Bank slip (Boleto): settlement within up to 1 business day after payment;
• Credit or debit card: instant approval, subject to anti-fraud review;
• PicPay: confirmation within minutes;
• Mercado Pago: confirmation within minutes;
• TED Transfer for partner banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil): confirmation on the same business day.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions above R$ 5,000.00 per transaction or R$ 20,000.00 per month may be subject to additional source-of-funds checks, as required by anti-money laundering regulations (Law No. 9,613/1998).

The 57wim does not accept cash deposits, transfers from third-party accounts, or payment methods not listed above. Deposits made by third parties will be returned to the sender and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

To request a withdrawal, the user must have completed the KYC verification process (submission and approval of a government-issued ID and proof of address). Unverified accounts may deposit and place bets, but withdrawals remain blocked until verification is complete.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within minutes to the Pix key registered on the account, which must belong to the same CPF as the account holder. TED withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.

The 57wim is committed to processing withdrawals within the following timeframes:

• Pix: up to 30 minutes for amounts up to R$ 10,000.00;
• Pix: up to 24 hours for amounts over R$ 10,000.00 (additional review required);
• TED: up to 1 business day after approval;
• Unmet bonus refund: within 48 hours of the request.

The 57wim offers pre-game and live Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, and international leagues), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform.

The general rules that apply to all bets on the 57wim:

• A confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet;
• Final results used to settle bets are those officially published by the event's organizing body (CBF, UFC, FIBA, etc.), including any appeals and corrections;
• If an event is postponed to a different date, bets placed before the change are considered cancelled and the amount is returned to the real balance;
• Bets on events that started before the scheduled time are voided if not registered within the standard market deadline;
• The 57wim reserves the right to limit or refuse bets without prior explanation in cases of suspected manipulation or irregularity;
• Obvious errors in odds (e.g., odds of 50.00 on a clear favourite) may result in bets being voided, with the staked amount returned to the player.

For live betting, odds are updated in real time and may be temporarily suspended during key moments of the match (goals, cards, injuries). Live bets are only confirmed after explicit acceptance on the confirmation screen — there is no automatic acceptance.

The 57wim offers a variety of promotions for new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free bets, slots tournaments, and VIP programs. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms available on the respective offer's detail page.

General rules that apply to all bonuses and promotions at 57wim:

• Each bonus may be used only once per user, CPF, IP address, device, or household;
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and cannot be converted directly into cash — only after the rollover requirement has been met;
• The 57wim calculates rollover exclusively on the bonus amount received, never on deposit plus bonus;
• Bets that are cancelled, result in a push (odds refunded), or fall under excluded markets do not count toward rollover completion;
• The 57wim reserves the right to cancel active bonuses and withhold bonus-generated winnings in cases of proven abuse of the promotions system;
• Bonuses with an expiration date expire automatically at the end of the indicated period — unused bonus balance is removed with no right to compensation.

The 57wim includes slots, roulette, blackjack, live casino with dealers, and crash games. All games use random number generators (RNG) certified by independent auditors, ensuring results are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.

The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the individual game information on the platform. The 57wim does not alter the RTPs set by game providers without prior notice.

Casino-specific rules:

• Technical failures during a game session that prevent normal completion will result in the affected bets being voided, with no partial winnings counted;
• Casino bonuses may have eligible game restrictions — slots can carry different weights toward rollover completion (e.g., certain titles with an RTP above 97% may contribute only 10% toward rollover);
• Progressive jackpots are accumulated through contributions from real-money bets — bets placed with bonus balance may not contribute to progressive jackpots, as indicated on each game;
• The live casino may be subject to occasional interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, which will always be communicated in advance via the user dashboard.

The 57wim maintains a fair environment for all users. The following behaviors are expressly prohibited and result in immediate account suspension or closure, with possible balance retention and notification to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Create multiple accounts using the same CPF or in someone else's name to claim bonuses or circumvent account restrictions;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any form of automation to place bets, manipulate odds, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform;
• Participating in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, including placing bets using insider information;
• Engage in systematic arbing in combination with bonuses, with the sole purpose of extracting bonus value without genuine risk exposure;
• Use the account for money laundering, transfer of funds of illicit origin, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Filing an unwarranted chargeback on credit card deposits after the deposited balance has been used;
• Attempting to access internal systems of the 57wim, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or carry out any form of hacking against the platform.

The 57wim may suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: proven violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, request by the user, or a judicial or regulatory order.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, the 57wim reserves the right to:

• Retain the bonus balance and any winnings generated exclusively from bonuses;
• Return any deposited real balance that was not wagered, after deducting any chargebacks or costs resulting from the irregularity;
• Retain account records for the period required by Brazilian law, even after account closure.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at suporte@57wim.best. Any available real balance will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days after the request and full identity verification.

The 57wim believes that betting should be a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a way out of financial difficulties. That's why we offer a set of responsible gambling tools accessible directly from your account:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limit: you set the maximum amount you can deposit in each period — the limit takes effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day review period;
• Bet limit: set a maximum amount you can wager on a single bet or within a given period;
• Temporary break: suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent closure;
• Permanent self-exclusion: request permanent closure of your account — the 57wim will not be able to reopen the account for 5 years from the date of the request;
• Real-time status: receive session time notifications every 30, 60, or 120 minutes according to your settings.

Your rights as a personal data subject at 57wim include:

• Access to the data we hold about you, requestable by email to our support team;
• Correction of incorrect or outdated information;
• Portability of your data to another platform, where technically feasible;
• Deletion of non-legally required data upon request and after account closure;
• Withdrawal of consent for marketing communications — without affecting normal account operation.

The 57wim does not sell, rent, or share users' personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may only be shared with essential technology partners required for operations (such as payment processors) or as required by law or court order.

The 57wim commits to keeping the platform available 99.5% of the time on a monthly basis. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 12 hours in advance. Emergency outages are treated with the highest priority.

The 57wim is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the user's internet connection instability during live betting;
• Betting decisions made based on information obtained outside the official platform;
• Indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform;
• Odds display errors that are corrected within a reasonable timeframe before the bet is confirmed.

In any case, the maximum liability of the 57wim toward a single user is limited to the real balance deposited and available in the account at the time of the incident, except in cases of proven willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the platform.

All content available on the platform 57wim — including, without limitation, the logo, brand name, interface design, text, analysis, odds, and software features — is the property of 57wim or its licensed suppliers.

It is strictly prohibited to reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the content on 57wim without prior written authorization. Authorized use is limited to personal, non-commercial access to the platform for betting and entertainment purposes.

The 57wim may update these Terms at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect users' rights or obligations — will be communicated by email at least 15 days before taking effect.

Minor changes (spelling corrections, language clarifications that do not alter the legal meaning, updates to contact information) may be made without prior notice, but always with an updated version date at the top of the document.

We recommend that users review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at 57wim.best/terms-conditions with the date of the last update.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and applicable sports betting legislation currently in force.

Any dispute arising from the use of the 57wim that cannot be resolved amicably through the platform's support team shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the São Paulo, SP court district, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.

The 57wim provides a complaints support channel at suporte@57wim.best. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours without the need for legal action. We recommend that users always contact us first before taking any other steps.
